Use:
Open the package and remove the mouthpiece
The slats are placed so that they face away from the face
The nosepiece is turned upwards and placed so that it rests on the bridge of the nose
The elastic loops are stapled around each ear
The bottom of the mouthpiece is pulled down so that it rests on the lower jaw
Attach / press the nosepiece around the bridge of the nose to adjust the fit of the mouthpiece
Always make sure that the mouthpiece closes tightly around the nose and mouth
Warning:
