The bird is for you if you want to support your baby’s natural development, including with the correct lying position. Baby can benefit from the bird right from birth to assist with lifting their head while lying on their stomach. Becoming comfortable lying on the stomach is an important step in the motor skills journey. Once baby can crawl, the bird becomes a stimulating challenge to climb on and over. When baby can walk, the beak serves as a motivating ramp to practice walking up and down, turning the little one's development into play.
The bird is designed in Denmark by Peter Utke and developed in collaboration with physiotherapist Lene Raadkjær Jørgensen, founder of BabyTummel.
