Marga Mulino is the only machine that lets you prepare flakes and flour from grains in just a few minutes. It can be used with both soft grains, such as Oat, Barley and Rye, and hard grains, such as Spelt, Kamut, Rice and Buckwheat.
Marga Mulino uses three rollers that rotate at different speeds. The distance between the rollers, set with an adjustment knob, defines the type of processing: position 5-6 to obtain grain flour and positions 1 to 4 to obtain grain flakes with different finishes.
GRAIN FLAKES
Fresh flakes, prepared shortly before consumption, completely preserve the characteristics of the grain and guarantee complete assimilation of all the nutritional properties.
MALT FOR BEER
Marga Mulino is perfect for those who produce home-made beer. Aluminium rollers perfectly crush the malted grain, to be used in fermentation.
FLOUR
Grinding several times at position 0 of the adjustment knob, you can obtain pure flour without bran. This result allows you to fully replace the most common industrial flours, without changing your recipes.
MULTI-PURPOSE MIX
The different finishes guaranteed by the machine allow you to use flour in different applications. You can make fresh flour mixes, or use the product to enrich both savoury and sweet mixtures.
GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR
Marga mulino allows you to process grains such as rice and buckwheat, which are naturally gluten-free. You can create your own mix of gluten-free flour mix, with full control of the raw materials.
