Made of 18/10 stainless steel. A composition that provides a high quality and very good wear resistance. Stainless steel is good for everyday use as it is a hard material and can withstand a lot in terms of wear and handling. It therefore lasts a long time with the right maintenance. The series has an internal ceramic coating with Slip-Let® similar properties.
BOTTOM
An encapsulated sandwich base is attached, which ensures that the heat is evenly distributed.
A sandwich bottom consists of a 5 mm aluminum bottom in the middle and two layers of stainless steel around, of which the outermost layer is magnetic.
The total thickness of the the sandwich base is 6.2 mm. This means that the cooking-roasting properties are improved, and it is thus a good working tool.
The magnetic base ensures that the cookware can be used on all heat sources. So if you change from a glass-ceramic cooker to induction, you do not need to buy a new one.
HANDLE
Strong stainless steel handle. These are spot welded. The handles do not get hotter, than you can hold them. The handles are wide and have room for the whole hand. That gives a good grip in the pan and thus a sense of security to work with.
COATING
The inside of the cookware consists of a ceramic coating similar to Slip-Let® properties, which is a very strong material that can withstand high temperatures, and which not so easily accepts scratches. It provides greater robustness in daily use and longer durability in the long run.
The ceramic coating withstands temperatures up to 400⁰ C and can be used on all heat sources including induction. The series endures machine wash, but it is recommended to wash the series by hand with sulfo to preserve
