The Philips HomeRun robot app has been designed to be user-friendly and intuitive - ideal for first-time users. It features step-by-step instructions and helpful videos to ensure you get the most out of your robot. The app communicates with your robot to check, report and update on its cleaning performance wherever you are and shows in real-time where the robot has cleaned.
Effective suction power (Robbie)
Ultra-strong suction power (carefully tested to reach up to 4000 Pa) is enough to pick up large pieces of dirt like crumbs. It can handle the stuff you normally pick up underfoot when walking around every day, and it also removes finer dust from crevices and carpets.
Long battery life (Robbie)
The powerful 4800 mAh Li-Ion battery provides a runtime of up to 230 minutes, so you can clean more than 150 m2 on a single charge without worrying about running out of power. When the battery is running low, the robot will automatically return to the station to recharge. Once the battery is charged again, the robot picks up where it left off to resume cleaning.
Tailor-made cleaning schedule
In the Philips HomeRun app, you can select on the map which room(s) to clean and in which order. You can specify a cleaning mode for each room, for example, awake and dry for regular hard floor cleaning in the living room, dry for vacuuming only hard floors in the bedroom, and intensive for deep cleaning the kitchen. If you wish, you can fine-tune settings such as suction power or wetness of the mop.
Carpet boost (Robbie)
The robot automatically increases the suction power after it has run over a carpet to capture fine dust particles hidden deep in the carpet. The robot has four different suction levels: eco for an efficient cleaning with low energy consumption and low noise level, normal for a general cleaning and efficient removal of fine dust on hard floors, high for a thorough cleaning of hard floors, and max, which is ideal for removing large clumps of dirt such as crumbs.
Maneuverability (Robbie)
Thanks to its low height (96 mm), it also cleans hard-to-reach places under sofas, beds and other furniture. For a more thorough clean, the robot uses its side brush to sweep along the edges to guide the dirt towards the intake. The robot can move around your home without manual assistance. It can easily cross obstacles of up to 20 mm, for example over door thresholds and onto carpets. In addition, six anti-fall sensors are placed at the bottom of the robot to prevent it from falling from high places or stairs.
360-degree laser navigation (LiDAR)
The robot uses 360 laser navigation (LiDAR) to scan all spaces and create an accurate map in no time. This map is interactive and can be hosted on the Philips HomeRun app for a customized cleaning plan for your home. Create and save up to 5 floors with detailed maps for your house. Intelligent algorithms help the robot to find the most efficient route from room to room and around furniture, making sure the robot gets further into corners and closer to walls to cover the entire area.
Limited cleaning areas
The intuitive app allows you to control exactly where the robot is allowed to clean. The robot is designed to get it all in. A Prohibited Zone is a solution for those areas where the robot is not needed. A virtual wall indicates an imaginary line in your home that the robot knows not to cross. Set up and save Forbidden Zones on the map so that the robot avoids carpets while cleaning the floor.
