An action comedy for the whole family, "Cop and a Half" stars Burt Reynolds as burned-out detective Nick McKenna, a cop who works alone until eight-year old Devon Butler (Norman D. Golden II) proves to be the only witness to a crime and demands a deal: a badge, cuffs and his dream come true - a day as a cop.
